Sugar and your Brain

Next time you walk into a supermarket think about how much sugar is in each isle. It’s almost impossible to escape.  I know of people who have consciously reduced their sugar intake and lost massive amount of weight.  They’ve done it by basically avoiding cakes, biscuits, ice cream, chocolate (90% cocoa is the substitute) and alcohol.
